The success of any business depends on the increase in the number of satisfied regular customers and partners. You can attract their attention by giving modern competitive products, services and tools, as well as relevant information about them.

One of the most popular is the personal recommendation, i.e. when information is passed from person to person by word of mouth. Experts agree that recommendations are one of the most effective forms of advertising in the 21st century. Not surprisingly, it is this particular method of information dissemination –person-to-person — that serves as the basis of Intway’s approach to growing its business.

Having obtained this recommendation, absolutely any person may become a customer or a partner of Intway Corporation. Info promotion, which resulted in transaction conclusion and payment for any products or services of the Corporation, shall be awarded in accordance with the remuneration (bonus) plan.

Intway World Corporation has developed a unique rewards program — the Global Bonus Program (GBP). This program establishes the relationships between Intway Corporation and the project participants, stimulates those relationships, and facilitates mutual business growth. The rewards program provides for the daily disbursement of financial compensation to partners for moving products and services, and represents one of the most highly profitable marketing compensation plans on the market.

Intway uses a simple, but highly effective binary compensation plan. Every time a new client or partner joins the business on your recommendation, s/he is added to your structure and joins the downline group, either on the left or right team (you are free, if you so choose, to subsequently change on which side the partner is registered).

The Principal Tenets of the Global Bonus Program:

  • Someone may only join Intway on the recommendation of a registered client or partner of the Corporation.
  • Each new member may take up only one business cell in the partner structure.
  • Each new member may only take up a business cell in the downline group of the member who recommended him or her (in one of two teams).
  • The conditions for receiving bonuses, and the bonus size, depend on the member’s status and his fulfillment of the requirements of the GBP.
  • A participant’s status depends on which options of interacting with the Corporation he or she has chosen.
  • One’s status can be changed at any time by satisfying the conditions necessary for the assignment of the desired status.

Intway World Corporation – Types of Business Status

Client Status

When you purchase one of the Corporation’s products or a set of its products and services on the site of the person who told you about Intway’s products, you receive the status of Client.

Registered Client cannot take advantage of the Corporation’s revenue sources, of which the main one is the GBP.

If you want to be eligible to purchase those Intway (the Corporation’s) products that are offered in packs, with increasing discounts (depending on the number of packs and the total size of the order), then you must purchase a corporate Discount Card with a value of 60 IWM.

Discount Client Status

To receive the status of Discount Client you must purchase a Discount Card with a value of 60 IWM.

  • A Discount Card allows the Discount Client to purchase those Intway products that are offered in packs, at significant discounts (depending on the number of packs and the total size of the order,) for 1 year from the date of the card’s purchase.
  • The Discount Client status does not confer eligibility to utilize Intway-provided sources of income.

Info Discount Сlient Status

To receive the status of Info Discount Сlient you must purchase an electronic Info Kit with a value of 39 IWM.

  • Info Discount Сlient is eligible to receive as a gift from the Corporation the use of an advanced Internet business-center, combined with a multi-currency VRS electronic payment system and the Corporation’s support service.
  • When an Info Discount Client acquires an Info Kit and a Discount Card at the same time, he or she is eligible to receive promotional personal group bonuses (PGV) within the first 3 days of their purchase.
  • If, in the first 3 days, no payment is made for at least one pack, the promotional personal group bonuses (PGV) are annulled, and subsequently they are accrued daily and annulled at the end of each 24-hour period until payment for at least one pack is received.
  • The Info Discount Client status does not confer eligibility to utilize the Corporation’s sources of income.

Partner Status

The status of Partner is attained by an Info Discount Client when he or she orders from the Corporation one or more products packets (with a discount of 150 IWM or more) once a year.

The status of Partner can be acquired without becoming a Client, Discount Client, and Info Discount Client, by ordering, at once, the Discount Card, Info Kit and one or more product packages.

  • A Partner receives as a gift from the Corporation a promotional (free) 3 months of technical support for their Internet business-center.
  • Upon the expiration of the promotional period, a Partner is eligible to make use of technical support for his or her Internet business-center only after making a timely monthly (or quarterly) payment of 10 (or 30) IWM respectively.
  • When a full year of technical support for the Internet business-center is paid for in advance, a Partner receives a discount of 20 IWM.
  • In the absence of timely payments for the technical support of his or her Internet business-center, a Partner is eligible to make use of the products and services he or she has acquired from the Corporation, but is not eligible to receive technical support for the business-center, or to receive any rewards from the Corporation.
  • In the absence of a subsequent annual payment for the Discount Card, a minimal (one pack) order, and the acquisition of products from the Corporation,Partner status automatically transforms into an Info Discount Client status, with the preservation of the types of eligibility that this status confers within the Corporation for a promotional (3 month) period.
  • Upon the expiration of the promotional (3 month) period, an Info Discount Client status automatically transforms into a Client status.

Partner Investor Status

  • A Partner who has paid for one of three investment packets – Investor-Start (600 IWM), Investor (1600 IWM), or Investor-Profee (2600 IWM) — receives the status of Partner Investor.
  • Partner Investor is eligible: to take investment courses, participate in the Intway Realty program, have realty-backed stocks in one’s portfolio, collect revenues for the sale of investment packages, accumulate earnings in the investment (accumulation) account, invest the accumulated earnings in real estate, through the Intway Realty program.
  • Partner Investor, with a Discount Card, receives significant discounts when purchasing investment packages.
  • A Partner Investor acquiring one of the Corporation’s three investment packets in accordance with the investment status provision and the sales agreement obtains the status of Investor-Start, Investor, or Investor-Profi as well as access to a personal-finance education course to the extent that corresponds to his status.
  • Partner Investor, with a Discount Card, receives a significant discount when purchasing investment packages:

Bonus Accrual

Every Intway Corporation product, service or collection of products and/or services is assigned a particular number of bonuses (Bonus Volume). When a product or service is purchased, these bonuses are transferred to the particular seller of that product in the form of personal bonuses and structural bonuses.

Personal Bonus Accrual

  • Personal bonus — received for the performance of a personal task (Personal Bonus Volume — PBV).
  • Personal group bonus — received for the performance of a group task (Personal Group Volume — PGV).

* The Accrual of PBV and PGV happens constantly, in real time. For packs purchased not more than 30 days before the end of validity term of the previous pack of bought for the first time, the bonuses due are paid fully — 100%. Otherwise, the bonuses are paid in the amount of 50%.

** Accounting units used by VRS (Virtual Reserve System) — the electronic multi-currency payment system.

Structure Group Bonus Accrual

The accrual of 300 PGV – 150 PGV each in the left and right downline team – for the acquisition of product packs on your recommendation, makes it possible to receive structure group bonuses (Structure Group Volume – SGV) for a period of 1 year from the date one acquires the status of Partner.

Every 900 SGV accrued in your teams at a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (2:1) represents one structural step, for which a Partner of the Corporation receives a reward of 100 IWM. Each time the accrual of 900 SGV is recorded in the compensation plan, you complete one step, as it is known at Intway.

Investment Bonuses Accrual

Partner Investor gets a bonus for the realization of investment packages in his/her business structure in accordance with three investment statuses: Investor Start, Investor and Investor Profi.

Remuneration (investment bonuses) is charged only to Partner Investors.

Steps closing on the accumulation account happens in the same way as steps closing on the current account.

After the limit of income has been achieved, investment bonus (according to GBP) continues to be charged to the accumulation account for the realization of investment packages in the business structure in the amount of 30% from the investment bonuses received (investment pension).

Partner Investor gets a bonus in the form of investment bonuses for the turnover of goods in business structure on IntwayStock Trading and Brokerage areas and share investment funds Intway Capital Fund and Intway Properties Fund.The remuneration amounts to 0.25% from the sum of transfer by sub-account USD VRS.

The remuneration is charged to the investment account as points using the following scheme: 1 USD VRS = 1 point.*

Remuneration charging in VRS***

The partners get remuneration as a part of commission charged for transfers within VRS system in their business structure.

The remuneration amounts to 0.25% from the sum of transfer on sub-accounts Prepayment VRS*** and IWM****. The remuneration is charged to the current account as points using the following scheme: 1 accounting unit of the commission = 1 point.

* Remuneration will be charged after the launch of the new business-center.

** Remuneration will be charged within 30 (thirty) days from the moment the first installment is paid.

*** Remuneration will be charged via VRS after the launch of the new business-center.
